At Noor & Nest, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging, where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Final Sale Items
We currently do not have any final sale items. All products may be returned as long as they meet the return eligibility requirements above.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the matter and arrange a suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.
